Q17. What is happening about the Junior competition?

Unfortunately the Bridport Prize Junior competition is not running in 2008. The pilot scheme, run in 2007, was kindly supported by Dorset County Council and we do not have the funds currently to organise it again. It is hoped that we might get it up and running in the future. Keep an eye on the main Bridport Prize website for information.

There is a small competition for Bridport primary schools only, in conjunction with the Bridport Prize Live Literature Festival in November 2008.
